Welcome to nb55, operated at nb55.biz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nb55 ("nb55", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all access and use of the nb55 platform, including the website, any mobile browser version, all games, promotional offers, VIP Club participation and customer support services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or simply browsing the nb55 lobby, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the nb55 platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms and the nb55 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms govern for that promotion only.

To register and play at nb55, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. nb55 does not accept accounts from minors under any circumstances. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a business entity. Accounts at nb55 are strictly personal — one person, one account.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of nb55 or any associated entity, provider or affiliate.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

nb55 reserves the right to verify your identity, age and place of residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

One account per player. Each player may maintain only one registered account at nb55. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances voided.

Accurate information. You must provide true, accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your current mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nb55 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact nb55 support immediately. nb55 will never ask you for your password via chat, email or phone.

Account currency. All nb55 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions are processed in PKR and balances are displayed in PKR at all times. There are no foreign currency conversions on the nb55 platform.

All deposits at nb55 must be made through the officially supported payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card. Deposits made through any other method will be refused and returned minus any applicable processing costs.

Minimum deposit: Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account terms, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.

Own payment methods only. You may only deposit using payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend or anyone else — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Processing time. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your nb55 wallet within 60 seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. Card transactions are processed in real time.

Withdrawals at nb55 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. If you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will return to your Easypaisa account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Standard processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for standard accounts are processed within 15 minutes during operating hours. VIP Gold members within 2 hours; VIP Platinum same day; VIP Diamond instantly at any time, including weekends and public holidays.

Verification requirement. nb55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Requested documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot confirming ownership of the payment account being used. Failure to provide these within 72 hours of the request may result in withdrawal cancellation.

Withdrawal of bonus funds. Bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

nb55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Welcome bonus. The nb55 welcome bonus (currently 200% on first deposit) is available to new players only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device and per IP address. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration.

Wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses at nb55 carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means if you receive a Rs 3,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 90,000 on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Eligible games. Slot games and fishing games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Crash games contribute 50%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, teen patti) contribute 10%. Virtual sports bets contribute 15%. Specific game exclusions will be listed on the relevant promotion page at nb55.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts.
• nb55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Multiple consecutive free bets or bonus claims without genuine cash deposits in between are not permitted.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after crediting unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

All bets placed at nb55 are final once confirmed. nb55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of a clearly demonstrable technical error on the platform's side. It is your responsibility to check stake amounts before confirming a bet.

Minimum and maximum stakes vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. nb55 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player's account without notice, particularly where unusual wagering patterns are detected.

Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or incomplete transaction — whether on the nb55 side, the game provider's side or the player's device — nb55 will investigate and make a fair determination based on available logs. Bets placed during a verified malfunction may be voided. In all cases, the game server log is considered the definitive record.

In-play betting (for live cricket and virtual sports) closes at the moment specified in the market rules for each event. Bets placed after market closure will be void and stakes returned.

nb55 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

1. Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game at nb55.
2. Cheating software — using any automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games on the nb55 platform.
3. Exploitation of errors — deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, pricing errors or any technical malfunction to gain an advantage.
4. Arbitrage betting — placing bets designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting odds discrepancies, particularly in combination with bonus funds.
5. Match fixing — any involvement in the manipulation of sporting outcomes that are the subject of betting markets on nb55.
6. Money laundering — using the nb55 platform for any purpose related to the laundering of proceeds from criminal activity.

nb55 uses automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Accounts flagged by these systems are reviewed by our risk team. If a review determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, nb55 may confiscate balances, void winnings and close the account permanently with no obligation to provide detailed reasoning.

nb55 takes responsible gaming seriously and has built a range of tools into every player account to support safe play. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated at any time from your account settings.

Available tools at nb55:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Reality checks — receive on-screen notifications at intervals of your choosing showing time elapsed and net win/loss for the session.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the nb55 platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely.
• Cooling-off periods — take a break of 1 to 30 days during which your account is inaccessible.

All responsible gaming restrictions take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. This is by design — it ensures the tools work as intended even during moments of impulsive decision-making.

Personal data collected by nb55 is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance and the provision of the nb55 gaming service. nb55 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party payment processors and game providers is limited to the minimum necessary for those services to function.

nb55 stores player data using industry-standard encryption. All financial transactions on the platform are processed over TLS-encrypted connections. Player passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never accessible to nb55 staff in plain text.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nb55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the nb55 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill.

nb55 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures and events outside nb55's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. nb55 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

nb55's maximum total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nb55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, nb55 may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where termination occurs for administrative reasons not related to player misconduct, any legitimate cash balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting nb55 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining cash balance is returned via the player's registered payment method.

nb55 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nb55 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or display a prominent notice on the nb55 website for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the nb55 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes.
